It is very important to recognize the reason why you will take up the themes in the curriculum of the mutual education for renewable energy. It would be a shallow thought if it is because that the themes are the trend of the time. If several people get involved in the planning of the mutual education, the themes should be discussed in-depth and shared among them in advance. Also objectives should be visualized by writing on paper.For your reference, the reason why we conduct the mutual education for renewable energy is as follows.
"Human beings were born and all living things including human beings have been depending on one another for survival in the period of several billions of years since the origin of the earth. The people lived together with nature for long time in which they obtained energy from nature and shared among them. They led lives and moved forward very slowly.
The people have "progressed" through great changes such as agricultural revolution and an industrial revolution. However it resulted in massive concentration of energy source. Also there was a pitfall ahead, the life which could be sustained only by continues running. There are so many problems of fossil/nuclear energy such as exhausted fossil fuel, environmental destruction by pollution, nuclear power generation which can not guarantee the safety of the future. It is no exaggeration to say that the solution of these problems is the very important key for the future.
Mutual education of environment and energy is necessary for secure future. Modern civilization which has been advanced since The Industrial Revolution needs to be reevaluated, not just accepted as it is.
We need " Survival in the modern civilization" in brief.
It is the matter of choice of human beings for survival. Renewable energy has to be surely handed down to the next generation. However handing down of mere technology of the renewable energy is not enough. Important thing is to learn the universal contents of renewable energy.
It is necessary for us to grasp the real situation surrounding us, to learn a lot from the age when human beings co-existed with nature, and to practice something against the pitfall of modern civilization. Otherwise, we will collapse the earth before we die out. Now that people started highly evaluating renewable energy, we would like to find out something that would be the basis for the future society by reexamining how renewable energy was handed down."
